LED Fixture Order Checklist

Check SKU, options, voltage, mounting, accessories, delivery and documentation before ordering LED lighting.

Identify the Exact Item

Record the SKU, manufacturer’s model number and quantity for each configuration. Include voltage, color temperature, output selection, optic and housing color where applicable. Keep alternatives on separate lines so a substitute cannot be mistaken for the approved item.

Separate Included Items from Accessories

Check mounts, brackets, sensors, photocells, cords, plugs and shields against the product description and specification sheet. If you are replacing a fixture, confirm the existing interface and dimensions. A product family photo may show a configuration different from the item you intend to purchase.

Confirm the Commercial Details

Request confirmation of price, availability, shipping destination, delivery requirements and applicable warranty terms. Online ordering is not yet available at LightDepot. Contact us with the SKU and configuration to confirm pricing, shipping charges and warranty coverage.

Keep a Project Record

Save the final product schedule, specification sheets and agreed quotation together. On delivery, reconcile model labels and quantities against the order before installation. Use the support contact on your order documents for discrepancies.
