How to determine how many watts you need:
Count up the total amount of watts among all lights you plan to connect to the transformer and add 25% on top for any possible future additions and to adjust for voltage drop for long cable runs. For example, if you have ten 5 watt flood lights and eight 3 watt spot lights, your lights are drawing 74 total watts and add 25% for 92.5 Watts recommended (10 x 5W = 50 Watts, 8 x 3W = 24 Watts, 50W + 24W = 74W, 74W x 1.25 = 92.5W recommended). A 100 Watt transformer would be a smart decision for this example.

EASY INSTALL - Simple 2 bolt mount style mounts to just about anything in minutes (no mounting hardware, requires just a top and bottom screw based on your application, wood, masonry, etc.). The latched easy-access front panel uses a hasp latch style to add a lock if needed to keep intruders from internal access. Includes a 6 ft input power cord with a standard 3 prong plug. Multiple knockouts to run the power cables out the bottom or side of the transformer box.
ADD A TIMER, SMART CONTROL OR PHOTOCELL - Internal plug design for use with mechanical timer or compatible smart plug for use with Alexa, Google Home, etc. Manual On/Off switch is also in the box for manual control. Some models include a photocell, non-photocell models have the options to add a photocell later if desired for dusk to dawn operation.
ELECTRICAL PROTECTION - Primary side thermal protection and a secondary side magnetic circuit breaker to protect all your landscape lights from surging and electrical failure.
